About these terms

Odd Root Studio is operated by Odd Root Studio LLC in Florida. These terms apply to purchases and use of our website. Product descriptions, agreed project quotes, and our Privacy, Refund, Shipping, and Disclaimer policies provide additional information. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes and physical-delivery charges are shown before payment. We may decline or cancel orders affected by fraud, unavailable stock, or a material pricing or description error. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items. We will not charge a corrected price without your agreement.

Digital editions

Digital purchases are delivered electronically after payment confirmation. No physical copy is shipped. Check the listing for file format, included pages, and device requirements. Interactive features require a compatible PDF reader; some previews do not support them. Save your downloaded file and your completed responses.

Unless a listing or written agreement expressly states otherwise, a digital purchase gives you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal use. You may store the file on your own devices and print it for yourself. You may not share, redistribute, resell, commercially reproduce, or make the file available for others to download. Purchasing a digital edition does not transfer copyright.

Original work and materials

Website photographs, artwork, text, designs, and brand marks remain the property of their respective rights holders. Buying a physical piece does not transfer reproduction rights. Handmade and small-batch work may vary in grain, texture, color, or form as described in its listing. Such variation does not remove your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.

Custom and wholesale projects

A project is accepted only when its scope, price, quantity, approvals, payment schedule, production timing, shipping arrangements, and cancellation terms have been agreed in writing. Sending an inquiry does not reserve production capacity. If you provide a logo, artwork, or other material, you must have permission to use it for the requested project. No additional commercial license is granted unless stated in the written agreement.

Use of the website

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit unlawful material, or infringe others’ rights. Keep account credentials secure. Third-party websites and tools have their own terms; review them before use.

Information and responsibility

Our reflective and travel resources are informational and are not professional health advice. See our Disclaimer. We aim to describe offerings accurately, but screen colors and settings can affect appearance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for our fraud or other conduct where exclusion is prohibited.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms for future use and orders. An update does not retrospectively change an accepted order without your agreement. Florida law applies to the extent permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their jurisdiction. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
