Digital editions are delivered electronically and are identified separately.

Processing and production time are separate from the carrier’s transit time. If you need your order by a specific date, contact the studio before purchasing; delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated.

Natural wood, stone, and small-batch pieces may vary in grain, color, texture, shape, or size as described in the listing. These details are part of each piece’s character. Please review the photographs and product details before purchasing.

Keep the packaging and wait for our instructions before returning anything. We will review the issue and help resolve it in accordance with our refund & shipping policy.

Our digital editions are downloadable resources for travel, reflection, and creative exploration. Check each product description for its format and what is included. No physical copy will be sent.

After payment is confirmed, your download link is sent automatically to the email address used at checkout. Save the file to your device and keep the delivery email for future access.

Yes. The Nervous System Travel Companion is a 23-page interactive PDF designed for use on your personal devices. Open it in a PDF reader that supports interactive form fields, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Some browser and device previews may not support every interactive feature. Save your file after adding responses.

Download and save the PDF before you leave. Once it is stored on your device, you can open it in your PDF reader without an internet connection. Accessing the delivery email or downloading the file initially requires internet.

You may save it on your personal devices and print it for your own use. Files may not be shared, redistributed, resold, or used commercially without written permission. Printed colors and margins may vary with your printer settings.

All sales are final. This applies to physical products, digital editions, and custom or personalized purchases. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review the listing carefully before purchasing.
